Auto Technicians for Downey Boys Automotive will ensure that every customer interaction is a positive interaction that affirms the decision to trust our team with their automotive investment. This role is responsible for building rapport by providing information, giving recommendations, and operating with the highest level of integrity.

OBJECTIVES
Perform automotive preventive maintenance:
- Lube Oil & Filter Service
- Tire Rotation & Brake Inspections
- Transmission Fluid Exchange
- Differential Fluid Exchange
- Power Steering Fluid
- Engine Coolant Exchange; Other services as assigned
- Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
- Evaluate customers’ needs, make repair recommendations with the highest level of integrity
- Maintain a clean and safe workplace
- Must have organized approach to workload with proper follow through
- Effectively communicate with team members, management, and customers in both verbal and written format
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety manuals and procedure manuals
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Bilingual (English and Spanish) a preferred skill

PAY
- $35-45/hour depending on experience and skill level
Full-time Lube and Tire Technician
OBJECTIVES
- Perform lube and filter services on multiple vehicle types
- Perform tire checks, rotations, and brake inspections
- Tire repairs
- Replace tires
